Ryan W. Callas, CFP®

President

At the foundation of Greenhouse Wealth Management is a simple but unwavering belief: the client’s best interest comes first—always.

This principle has guided Ryan throughout his career and continues to shape the firm’s approach today. As Founder and President of Greenhouse Wealth Management—and previously as a Vice President at Fidelity Investments—Ryan, a Certified Financial Planner™, has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve lasting financial security through thoughtful, fiduciary-driven advice. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Finance, further grounding his work in a strong academic foundation.

The inspiration behind Greenhouse, and its name, is deeply personal. It honors Ryan’s mother, Victoria Callas, an avid gardener whose care extended far beyond her garden. She had a unique ability to nurture growth in others through her warmth, generosity, and genuine desire to help. That spirit became the foundation for Ryan’s philosophy: that meaningful financial guidance should be rooted in trust, care, and long-term relationships.

Today, Ryan carries that legacy forward by serving clients in a deeply impactful role—helping them navigate complexity, make confident decisions, and build financial lives aligned with their goals and values.

Outside of his work, Ryan’s greatest priority is his family. He lives in Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife, Lisa, and their two children. Whether spending time at home, enjoying the outdoors, or being present for everyday moments, Ryan values the balance between his professional commitments and family life. This perspective reinforces his understanding of what matters most to the families he serves and deepens his commitment to helping clients build not just wealth, but meaningful, fulfilling lives.
