The seeds of that success, and that of Greenhouse, go back many years, and help to explain the company’s name. Inspired by Victoria Callas, Ryan’s mother – an avid gardener, Greenhouse takes its name to honor a woman who not only nurtured growth in the garden, but who nurtured those around her with warmth, kindness, and generosity.

Victoria's passion for helping others in meaningful ways was instilled in Ryan. Today, he and Greenhouse have the tremendous honor of serving clients in a significant and deeply impactful role – ensuring their financial security with greater peace of mind.

MADISON SAM, Senior Operations Manager

Madison has been an integral part of Greenhouse since joining the firm in 2017. As Senior Operations Manager, Madison’s responsibilities include client service, compliance, and developing strategies to continuously improve the value we provide. Madison is passionate about building relationships with clients and ensuring they have the best experience possible. She is extremely hardworking, has a keen eye for detail, and feels a deep sense of responsibility in her work. Madison’s talents for event planning and design also shine through every year at Greenhouse’s much-anticipated client appreciation dinner.

Madison graduated from the Honors Program at Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Outside the office, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and staying active.
